Yes, we have added a waiting list feature. So if there is a unit that you are interested in you can fill out an application for said property. When the unit fills you will be contacted again about locking in the unit. Application fees will not be due until the unit is actually vacant.
Yes, we do work with section 8 and other subsidized programs.
Our standard security deposit is 1x amount of rent. All tenants are required to do a pre move in checklist.
We cover water, sewage, and trash in all multi-family homes. For our single family homes all utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant.
